We offer you back to back support in your swimwear collection development, from exclusive designs to fabrics, prints, labels, tags, packaging, production and shipment. Your designs can be based in our collections, archive designs or be entirely based in your samples, sketches or reference pictures, perfectly suiting even your most specific needs.

You can invest your time on marketing and sales and get optimal value for your brand while we take care of all aspects of your manufacturing processess in swimwear and sportswear lines.

We work with the main premium fabric suppliers offering the exclusive CO2 control line, a family of eco-friendly biodegradable fabrics. All our products are shipped with Amni® and LYCRA® tags, since we are members of INVISTA's and Rhodia's certified suppliers.

 

Our Private Label Process

 

#1 Choosing Your Designs

The first step in designing your swimwear collection is to define the designs that will be part of your private label.

You can have designs identical to the ones we already offer, adapt some of them to your needs (e.g. larger bottom coverage) or even produce totally new and exclusive designs based in items you can send us or even photos and sketches.

A pilot item is usually produced for you to approve exclusive or modified designs.

 

#2 Defining Colours and Prints

You can choose from our selection of fabrics and prints or even have some more options from our suppliers and define your looks.

In this step we also define finishing details, tags, labels, linings, packages and every details that include your brand in your private label swimwear collection.

 

#3 Manufacturing

With everything defined, the final step is the manufacturing process, which includes cutting, sewing, finishing and quality control phases, before sending your bikinis.
